Delete your TapTap account
Use this page to delete your TapTap customer or driver account and associated
personal data. Identify your account with the mobile number registered in the app.
How to request deletion
- Enter the 10-digit Indian mobile number linked to your TapTap account.
- Tap Delete account.
- We remove the account profile and personal data for that number.
Data deleted
- Account profile (name, phone, email, photo)
- Saved addresses and device / login sessions
- Driver documents and location / address fields (driver accounts)
Data that may be kept
- Anonymised booking or payment records required for legal / tax purposes
